1 General Provisions and Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the d99 platform ("Platform", "Site") and all services provided under it. By accessing the d99 website, creating an account, or using any service, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to them.

Each person may create only one d99 account. Opening multiple accounts under the same name, address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all related accounts will be closed and any bonuses or winnings will be cancelled.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, withdrawals may be temporarily delayed if KYC verification or a security check is required.

4.3 Payment Method Rules

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method that was used to deposit.

4.4 Currency

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. A minimum deposit of ৳100 is required to receive this bonus. The welcome bonus is issued once and applies to the first deposit only.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 10x (ten times) wagering requirement must be met before the welcome bonus can be withdrawn. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place bets totalling ৳10,000 before withdrawing.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• All promotional offers are valid for a specified period.
• d99 reserves the right to change or withdraw any promotion at any time.
• Attempting to collect bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.

• Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Advancement through VIP tiers depends on a player's activity and engagement with the platform. Cashback is paid every Monday according to the applicable calculation.

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play Policy
